Criminal charges have been laid on one of Tasmania's most prominent business identities.
Former Bellamy's director Jan Cameron is accused of failing to reveal a significant stake in the infant formula company, as was the obligation when it was listed in August 2014.
Corporate regulator ASIC claims the 67 year old had an undeclared holding in Bellamy's through The Black Prince Foundation.
It is also alleging her substantial interest notice lodged in 2017 was misleading.
The charges carry a maximum penalty of 5 years jail and are due to be heard in the Hobart Magistrates Court on March 12
