Police are hunting two men after a stabbing in Hobart's north overnight.
A 36-year-old resident of a Langura Avenue address in Chigwell sustained multiple stab wounds and head injuries after two men allegedly broke in around 11.30pm on Tuesday night.
The victim's now listed as stable in the Royal Hobart Hospital, the injuries considered non-life-threatening.
Police say the robbers concealed their identities but one of them is described as 193 cm tall, wearing a hooded jumper.
The public's being assured it's an isolated incident where the victim was specifically targeted.
