With the current Coronavirus pandemic taking place, there are a few people who had the insight to know something big was coming our way in the form of a virus. From reputable sources like Bill Gates, through to some who may have been laughed at for the lifestyle choices. Here are a few interesting stories from as far back as 2008 that show it was only a matter of time before this happened.
2008 - Psychic Predicts Virus and Year it Takes Places
Way back in 2008, Sylvia Brown (psychic) predicted that a pneumonia-like illness would hit the world. Here's what Brown wrote:
"In around 2020 a severe pneumonia-like illness will spread throughout the globe, attacking the lungs and the bronchial tubes and resisting all known treatments. Almost more baffling than the illness itself will be the fact that it will suddenly vanish as quickly as it has arrived, attack again 10 years later, and then disappear completely."
Sylvia Brown passed away in 2013, but her book called End of Days can still be found with many predictions and prophecies.
2012 - Pandemic Prepping - Doomsday Preppers
Doomsday Preppers have been around for years. Whilst some may make fun of their lifestyle choices, today's current Supermarket situation proves that some of these preppers may have been right. Back in 2012, Donna Nash was shown to be preparing for a worldwide pandemic. She won't be having any issues with supplies right now.
2015 - What Bill Gates is Afraid Of
Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft, was trying to get governments worldwide back in 2015 to prepare for a pandemic. Referencing the Spanish flu from the early 1900s and using his prediction models, Gates knew that a pandemic is something the world would not be prepared for.
